Alternate Contact Sources

Many organizations have multiple storage locations for critical contact information. These contact sources could be Public Folders, SQL or CRM databases, Access databases, or Excel Spreadsheets.

Currently the challenge for most organizations is that these types of contact sources do not synchronize with handheld devices without the manual update of a users contact folder.
