Everbridge Telephone Broadcast Connector

In version 4.0 of the itrezzoAgent Server, itrezzo has implemented a Telephone Broadcast Connector that supports the Everbridge API.

Description

Implementing a Mass Notification System for thousands of users will not be successful without accurate contact information about your employees. There are several methods that the itrezzo Enterprise Contact Optimization (ECO) Platform employs to achieve this:


This data is automatically merged and can now be automatically uploaded to the Everbridge subscriber database on a daily basis.



Everbridge Connector Setup

  1. Open the itrezzoAgent Administrator
  2. Expand the EPS container in the navigation pane
  3. Select the Mandatory Contact List container from the navigation pane
  4. Select a Mandatory Contact List that describes the group of employees that will need to be sent to Everbridge
  5. Right Click and choose "Make Telephone Broadcast List"
  6. In about 30 seconds, an administration interface will appear that will assist you to create field mapping assignments.

  7. Use drag and drop to complete the mappings
  8. Save the configuration and set a schedule for updates.
