Handheld Public Folder (HHPF)

Handheld Public Folder (HHPF)

User can send Handheld Inventory records to Public Folder. There are two ways to do that:

  1. Sending the output of an MCL to a Public Folder.
  2. Sending the BPE asset handheld inventory to a Handhelds Public Folder.
    The second one is the ideal method as it provides a complete content and views.

An abbreviation of HHPF is Handhelds Public Folder. To setup HHPF and install HHPF view in Outlook, see the corresponding pages: Handhelds Public folder setup and Installation, HHPF View in Outlook. User can Sort, Filter and View by category once he/she opens the HHPF in Outlook.
