itrezzoAgent server sends update notification to user if there is any change occurs to the user's contact group. That means that if there's any added, removed or modified contact data that the user is eligible to receive, the
EPS Run process of
itrezzoAgent server will detect that, and that respective user will be notified. This process is totally automatic and run per
EPS Run schedule
How to stop automatic update notification
In some special circumstances, if you want to stop
itrezzoAgent server from sending contact updates notification to users, perform the following tasks:
- Open the itrezzoAgent Administrator. Right-click on EPS on the left pane and select Properties

- Navigate to the Updates & Backups tab as shown in the screenshot below
 Switch to Updates & Backups |
- Uncheck Include changes that are only cosmetics
- Uncheck Send notification of all contact updates
The above setting will disable the
automatic notification updates to all users. However, you can override this setting during the
EPS Run on DemandHow to add particular user(s) to get notification
Update notification is mainly used to keep the user(s) informed about recent changes. It's very helpful for IT people who are usually involved with
itrezzoAgent server administration and updating contacts. The following overrides can be applied to add particular user(s) to receive notification:
- Locate the User Statistics entry on the left pane. List of available users will be displayed on the right pane
 select User Statistics on the left pane |
- Select a user; right-click and select Configure Overrides
 Select Configure Overrides for user(s) |
- Then, check the Override Update Notifications as shown in the screenshot below
 Select override notifications |
- Click on OK
Users for whom, this override configuration is applied, will receive update notification
