What is itrezzoAgent service mailbox
itrezzoAgent stores configuration, and AuthCode (license information) into a mailbox. This mailbox is referred as itrezzoAgent service mailbox. Information within the mailbox is not visible or accessible from any mail client. If the mailbox address of the itrezzoAgent service account changes, the AuthCode will become invalid and another Authcode for the newly assigned service mailbox would be required. This document describes how to determine what is the current e-mail address of your itrezzoAgent service mailbox.
How to determine itrezzoAgent service mailbox
You can find out e-mail address of your itrezzoAgent mailbox at the following locations:
- Open itrezzoAgent Administrator
- Focus on the left panel navigation tree just under the menu
- At the top of the navigation tree, you will see a line started with itrezzoAgent and after that a dash (-) and then there is an e-mail address. That e-mail address is in fact itrezzoAgent mailbox address

- Alternatively, you may go to the itrezzoAgent Server installed folder (by default itrezzoAgent is installed into C:\Program Files\itrezzoAgent folder in 32-bit Windows or into C:\Program Files(x86)\itrezzoAgent folder in 64-bit Windows).
- Open the Logs folder
- Logs are archived into seven Day of the Week folder. Open any Day of the Week folder

- Select and open IA-Report-[ServerName].log file. (e.g. IA-Report-VMT-IA8.log file where Server Name:VMT-IA8). You may need to unhide the file extension to see the full file name.
- Scroll down and locate the Mailbox diagnostics section
 The PRIMARYSMTP: line contains the itrezzoAgent service e-mail |
- You will see the PRIMARYSMTP: E-mail address that e-mail address is actually the e-mail address of your itrezzoAgent mailbox.
In the above picture, EPS-E2K@itrezzo.net is the e-mail address of itrezzoAgent mailbox
