Prerequisites
This procedure requires a workstation where itrezzoAgent Server is not installed but Outlook is installed.
At the workstation, download the latest itrezzoAgent server to the workstation from
http://support1.itrezzo.com/updates/server/
Permissions
a) Grant your Windows domain logon ID permission to open the itrezzoAgent mailbox
b) Make a dedicated Outlook profile that opens JUST the itrezzoAgent mailbox (not as a secondary mailbox)
c) Launch Outlook, insure that you can open the mailbox and that it can also see the
HHPF.
d) Switch back to the Outlook inbox
e) Run the itrezzoAgent EXE installer and ONLY install the Administrative console (ignore any warnings about CDO)
f) When prompted to launch the itrezzo administrator, be sure to use the profile created in step (b) above
g) Right click on Asset management and choose Import Folder Design
h) Back in Outlook, Select the
HHPF, choose:
View\Arrange By\Current View\BES and Exchange Details
