Description
In some cases, user contacts may have identical E-Mail addresses in the E-Mail1 and E-Mail2 fields of an Outlook contact.
EPS can be run on Demand to eliminate the redundant addresses.
- Open itrezzoAgent Administrator
- From the Servers container, select a itrezzoAgent server . Right click on the green server icon and choose Run EPS now.

- EPS - On Demand window will appear. Within this EPS - on Demand window, select Perform Full Update. Click on Advanced button located on the right mid section of this window. The following dialog box will appear:

- Check the check box to merge duplicate e-mail address on target contacts and click ok.
- Run EPS on a test user, and validate that the desired behavior has occurred before trying it on additional users.
- Duplicate E-Mail addresses are only merged when EPS is run on demand.
