How to Import
When another organization sends contacts using the itrezzoAgent
InterOrg contact connector, a payload of contact data arrives at the receiving organization and gets deposited under InterOrg Connector in the Unprovisioned container.

To use this contact data, this payload needs to be provisioned and stored as appropriate contact set. Here are the steps to do this:
- Open itrezzoAgent administrator
- Expand EPS container
- Expand InterOrg contact connector
- Expand Import and then Unprovisioned container
- Select the imported contact set on the right pane; right click on it and choose properties
 Click on View Data button to see the Imported Contact data |
- Imported Contact Set window appears. Click on View Data button to see the contacts
 Take note of total contact records; check Imported Contact data |
- Click on Close and go back to Imported Contact Set
- Check the checkbox next to 'Provision contact set as a data source' and click on OK
- If a password was set during the export, enter the password in the password field before you click on OK.
 Click on OK to provision contact set as a data source |
- Contact set will be ready for provisioning and will be moved from unprovisioned container to Import container
- Right click on the contact set within Import container and choose Make Data Source
 Right click on the imported contact set and choose Make data source |
- Give the data source an appropriate name and click on OK
 Give an appropriate name to this new contact set |
- The contact set will appear under the Alternate contact sources

You may now make this data source an Mandatory Contact List.
